Processing Time

Upon successful payment confirmation, your order will be processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For custom or personalized items, please allow additional processing time, as specified on the product page.

Shipping Options

We utilize different courier services for deliveries based on the destination. During the checkout process, you will have the option to choose your preferred courier from the available options. Each courier may have different shipping times and costs associated.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and the selected courier. The shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process for your review and acceptance.

Import Duties and Fees

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Mexico. Please note that import duties or fees for international shipments are not covered by Rumvama. Customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by customs in their respective countries.

Delivery Timeframes

Please keep in mind that actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen courier delays, holiday periods, high demand seasons and sales.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information for your package. This information will allow you to track the status and location of your order in real-time.

International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware of your country's customs regulations. Rumvama is not responsible for any delays, taxes, or duties imposed by customs authorities.

In the event of unforeseen delays or disputes related to international shipping, we will work diligently to assist and provide necessary information. However, resolution times may vary based on the specific circumstances.

Shipping to the United States

Due to recent import regulations, all packages shipped to the United States are now subject to tariffs. We handle all necessary processes to ensure that orders arrive on time and without any additional costs.

If new regulations are introduced or any unexpected charges arise during transit, we kindly ask that you monitor your shipment and notify us immediately of any updates or changes in the delivery process.

Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during the checkout process. Rumvama is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
