Yes, you have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@rumvama.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please follow the return process mentioned above and specify that you would like an exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging items.
