Refund policy

Returns

You have 7 business days from the date of delivery of your parcel to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@rumvama.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Non-eligible Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including clearance items, sale or discounted items, and personalized items. We do not accept returns on these items unless they are damaged or defective. If you have questions about the eligibility of a specific item, please contact us before making a purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. We do not cover return shipping costs for exchanges or refunds.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

In certain situations, a partial refund may be granted if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Some items are non-refundable, such as items bought with gift cards or coupons. We do not issue refunds for these items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer support team at contact@rumvama.com.

To initiate an exchange, please follow the return process mentioned in section 1 and specify that you would like an exchange. Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will process the exchange.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging items. We do not cover the shipping costs for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 business days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and, if eligible, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
